Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

• United States (all 50 states)

• Canada

• Select international destinations

International customers: You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged by your country. These are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email

• Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of shipment

• You can track your package using the link in your shipping email

Shipping Address Tips

• Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order

• We cannot change addresses once an order ships

• We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• For security, we cannot ship to PO boxes with some shipping methods

Delivery Issues

• Missing/Late Packages: Contact us if your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days

• Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging

• Delayed Processing: During sales or holidays, processing may take 1-2 extra days
